Signalle

Practise before it matters.

Signalle helps software engineers practise the professional conversations that shape their careers.

From technical interviews and standups to stakeholder conversations, design reviews and difficult workplace discussions, engineers can practise realistic conversations with AI voice agents before having them in the real world.

The problem

Careers turn on conversations nobody rehearses.

Engineers rehearse algorithms and ship code, then walk into an interview, a design review or a difficult feedback conversation entirely cold. The first attempt is usually the one that counts.

The idea

A room to practise in.

Signalle is a private space to have the conversation first. Realistic scenarios, spoken out loud, with an agent that holds its ground, so the real conversation isn't the first one you've had.

How it works

  1. 01

    Choose a scenario

Technical interview, system design discussion, standup update, stakeholder conversation, design review, difficult feedback conversation.

  2. 02

    Have the conversation aloud

Speak with a voice agent that plays the interviewer, the sceptical stakeholder or the teammate, and responds like one.

  3. 03

    Review what happened

Look back at how you framed things, where you hesitated, and what you'd say differently next time.

Coach notes

  • ✓ Clear situation and stakes up front.
  • · Name the trade-off you weighed earlier.
  • · Add one measurable outcome to close.

What we're exploring

  • Scenario libraries shaped by real engineering roles and seniority
  • Signal in the feedback: clarity, structure and confidence over scores
  • Practice that fits into a working week, not a training programme
